Review

This review will be going over the Sentey® Gaming Mouse Revolution Pro. I say this just incase as all three or four of Sentey's mice seem to share the same reviews. I've used this product for around a month now and feel I can give my thoughts on this mouse.

Let me go over what I love about this product. First, the braided cable. This may not seem like a big deal to most, but the braided cable is much less likely to get tangled up compared to the traditional cable. It also just feels much more durable as well. The weight system in this mouse is like no other. As most other mice, this comes with six weights that can be added, each one being 29.4 grams. The thing that is so different about this weight system is that the weights are actually placed in the very center of mouse. The weights are not just added on the bottom like 99% of other mice. So with that, the mouse feels very natural when you move it. It will not feel to heavy in the front, back, left, or right side of the mouse. Another deal breaker for me was ergonomics, and this mouse is perfect! You have the choice between two interchangeable side grips (where your ring and pinkie lie) that fit your hand just right. With these my ring and pinkie finger no longer has to awkwardly grip the mouse on the side. Now, they just rest on the side of the mouse with no problem. My thumb also fits on the mouse nicely on the left side of the mouse. The matte black finish on the mouse also feels great to the touch. As for tracking and the movement of the mouse, it excels. This mouse just glides on a mouse pad like nothing. It uses ceramic pads on the bottom which I have not seen before. You also get up to 8200 DPI which certainly isn't needed, but always a plus to have. On the left side of the mouse there's an on the fly DPI switch which is very convenient. Scroll wheel works just fine. You can use it to scroll up and down of course, but left and right as well. You may also use it as a button if you wish to program it like that. With that comes the software. I haven't had any problem with the software whatsoever. Only fault against it is that there's not a Mac/OSX version. What's really important about this mouse is that it has on-board memory, meaning that you can save multiple configurations on the mouse itself and switch between configurations my using the "mode" button on the top of the mouse. There are 26 different LED choices if that matters to you. Lastly, the mouse comes with a great case. And this not just some cheap little case either. It has a nice hard outer shell as well as a place to hold either interchangeable side grip and all of the weights.

The only thing I don't like about the mouse is that you are limited to a wired mouse. I know wired is best for gaming, but if I'm using the mouse casually, I'd like the option to use it wireless.

Quick overview of the pros and cons
